Because of this Deposits or Booking Fees are required on ALL services.
The Deposit amount or Booking Fee and ALL amounts charged will be applied towards the supplies needed to render services on the day of your appointment and are ALL NONREFUNDABLE.
Your remaining balance must be paid in CASH and the total balance due and Location details will be available for you with your confirmation email.
In Response to COVID19:
-Mask MUST be worn during the entirety of your service.
-You will be asked to wash your hands before entering the salon space.
-All guest New and Present will be asked to sign a Statement of Health prior to the beginning of service along with standard Wavier & Release,Payment Authorizations, & NDA if it is not already on file. Refusing to complete forms will result in a self chosen Cancellation and you will be added to the blacklist.Kgoody Kollection has been Barbicide Certified and proper sanitation practices will be used before & between each service.
** Please DO NOT bring any guest, friends or children whom are NOT receiving service with you your appointment. This will keep us in compliance of social distancing orders
**Kgoody's services are not offer to children without predetermined approval. No exceptions will not be made, you will be asked to reschedule or your appointment will be cancelled please be advised.

Needs to cancel or reschedule outside of or within this time frame can and will result in a forfeit of your Deposit and/or Booking Fees and all payments previously assessed . Upon the 3rd instance of a late cancellation or “no show” you will be required to pre-pay for appointments, or you may gladly go to a walk in basis.
